Practitioners who know how the work really runs
We place lawyers by practice area. Tell us where your domain expertise is so we can match you to the right projects.
- Practicing or recently practicing lawyers
- Deep knowledge of how real legal work gets done in your practice area
- Hands-on curiosity with AI tools
- Clear writing and process thinking
- Reliability on deadlines
Special projects
A few hours a week on scoped work: workflow capture, playbooks, prompt libraries and evaluating legal AI outputs.
Interim roles
Deeper commitments leading adoption, training and tool rollouts inside a client team.
Tools and training
We match each Counselerate lawyer to the AI platforms and workflows your team already uses, and we tell you up front which tools each lawyer has worked with.
We are building a training program for our bench on leading legal AI platforms and frontier models, updated as the tools change, with plans to offer California MCLE credit.
